We can provide you with maintenance and support services which include the provision of a 24-hour fault control hotline, hardware and software repair service, online CRM system services,24-hour on-site support services and 24-hour remote dial-service. We also provide both hardware and software upgrades, and implementation.
Project Management Services for Network and Voice Communication Systems
We provide installation and implementation services of the network infrastructure or voice communication systems to the customers of our suppliers. Such engagement by our suppliers gives us the recognition that we possess the requisite skills and expertise to provide the installation and implementation services to their customers. Our team also partners our customers in their projects, which cover various industries ranging from banking and finance institutions to defence and government ministries.
